Can I make a corporate or registered-style seal?
Yes. The Ingam style creates a round personal name seal, and the Official Seal style engraves your organization name along the ring with a name in the center — ready for quotes, invoices, and other e-documents. You can also have the design carved as a physical seal and register it as your official ingam.
Is the seal legally valid?
For ordinary contracts and private electronic documents, a seal image can be used in place of a signature. Documents that require a certificate of registered seal (ingam) need a physical seal registered at a community center — you can have your design carved and registered for that purpose.
