English
Hi, this is the developer behind HangulHub.
Sorry this note comes so late. I've been busy opening Luminori, a new learning-and-play service for kids, and only now found the time to look back on the event.
The small event we prepared for Hangul Day on October 9 has come to an end. Thank you to everyone who searched for the hidden gourds, took the special quiz, or stamped their Korean name.
This was HangulHub's very first event. Preparing it was a joy, but my biggest regret is that we announced it too late for more people to join. Next time, we'll start spreading the word much earlier.
What you earned stays with you.
- Your completion badge, completion record card and special quiz title are kept in My Collection for good.
- The Hangul Day special quiz stays open.
Back to work
Things have been hectic lately, but I'm getting back to work on HangulHub, one step at a time. Here's what's coming.
- The community has a new look. We redesigned the boards and added likes, reporting and community guidelines. Questions from your Korean studies, songs you love — anything goes on the Free Board.
- Your badges and titles, shown in the community. We're working on showing a badge or title you pick next to your nickname on posts and comments.
- Reply notifications. You'll get notified when someone comments on your post, and you'll be able to see all your posts and comments in My Page.
- See you next Hangul Day. With new hiding spots, a new badge and new titles.
If anything feels inconvenient or you have ideas, please let us know through Feedback. I'll keep making it better.
